● CORROSION RESISTANCE

Different properties of resin give different corrosion resistance to the grating, which can be used for a long time in the corrosive environment of different acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents and gas and liquid media.

● FLAME RETARDANT

High quality matrix resin and unique flame retardant formula give the product excellent flame retardant performance. FRP grating products have passed the flame retardant test of American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM). The flame diffusion coefficient of polyester resin, vinyl resin and phenolic resin grating are less than 15,10,5 respectively; the smoke density is less than 500,300,5 respectively.

● LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH STRENGTH

The perfect combination of continuous alkali-free glass fiber yarn and resin of large pool kilns gives the grating a unique light weight and high strength, the specific gravity of the product is only 1/4 of steel, and the specific strength exceeds that of steel.

● AGING RESISTANCE

● Selection of FRP Grating Types

The type of FRP grating is selected taking into account the form of load bearing, the maximum working load, and the span of the supporting structure in use, as well as other requirements such as corrosive media and ambient temperature. The normal load carrying forms are center point load, center line load, and evenly distributed load. There are three forms of installation: solid installation, standard installation, and flexible installation.

● Our Recommendations

Use firm mounting when working in harsh environments, long-term heavy loads or high level use; use standard mounting under normal conditions; use flexible mounting when short-term load-bearing levels are generally less loaded and platforms are lower.
